The firm was honored to participate to the IDI (International Distribution Institute) Conference 2023 “Restrictions on the freedom of contracts”.

As part of this conference, Nathalie de Quatrebarbes, founding partner of the firm, was a speaker in a workshop on the ‘IP protection of retail offline and online stores’ layout’, in the “The enforcement of IP rights in different jurisdictions” discussion panel.

Led by Marco Hero (IDI), this international panel was composed of Deborah S. Coldwell (Haynes and Boone LLP, Dallas), Nathalie de Quatrebarbes (Quatrebarbes, Paris) Roberta Obinu(Golden Goose, Treviso) and Bernard Vanbrabant (Prof. University of Liège and Of Counsel Liedekerke, Brussels).
